Welcome to Briargate Chess Club! - Colorado Springs Chess Club

Our club is open to all skill levels. No tournaments, we are just a friendly spot for chess enthusiasts to play others who are passionate about chess! There is no fee to join and no USCF membership required. You don't have to live in the Briargate area to attend the club.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Kids are welcome but we are primarily an adult club. If you are looking for a kids-only chess club, check out Summit School of Chess.

Please bring your own board/sets/clocks.

Location: 21c Library located at 1175 Chapel Hills Dr. Colorado Springs, CO 80920*

*Exact rooms are subject to change due to availability. We will announce on our website and Facebook which room we are meeting in. 

Meeting time: Thursday nights from approximately 5:30 - 7:30 PM*

*Meeting times may slightly change depending on room availability. Meetings may be cancelled due to inclement weather and holidays.  Please regularly check our website and Facebook for information regarding meetings.
